About this file
This document is Exhibit C-1, a Bid Price form for Solicitation No. 02520 issued by Enterprise Services for the state of Washington, focusing on Aerial Lift Equipment (Manlifts) procurement. The solicitation covers chassis-mounted mobile elevated work platforms designed for moving personnel, tools, and materials, with options for 2-axle and 3-axle vehicles from manufacturers including International, Kenworth, Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Ford. The contract scope includes equipment, options, and additions related to aerial lift equipment that meet specified product requirements, with potential for additional items at Enterprise Services' discretion.
The bid pricing structure allows for zero percent cost-plus markup across multiple segments and equipment categories, including aerial lift and body units, add-ons, alternative technology equipment, and parts. Payment options are limited to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), with optional P-card or purchase order capabilities. The solicitation also includes provisions for training, with rates for on-site and remote training for repair technicians and operators, each capped at 8 hours per day. Hourly rates for post-warranty service, maintenance, and parts are set at zero, suggesting a competitive bidding strategy aimed at providing comprehensive, cost-effective aerial lift equipment solutions for governmental and enterprise use.
