About this file
Exhibit B2 PerfReq-MEWP.docx is a performance requirements specification document for a Washington state competitive solicitation (Solicitation 02520) for Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (Manlifts). The solicitation seeks various types of vertical lifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts with specific technical requirements across four product categories: non-self-propelled vertical lifts (electric powered), self-propelled vertical lifts (electric powered), self-propelled scissor lifts (with multiple power options including diesel, electric, hybrid, or LPG), and self-propelled boom lifts (with multiple power and drive configurations).
The specification document requires detailed bidder responses to each line item, with mandatory pass/fail evaluation criteria. Bidders must provide comprehensive technical specifications for each lift category, including weight capacity (ranging from 300-1000 lbs), working height (20-50 feet), power sources, drive/steering mechanisms, and optional features like jib attachments or different tire/track configurations. The document emphasizes that any proposed alternatives will be evaluated by subject matter experts, and failure to meet specification requirements may result in bid rejection.
