Travel Scenarios:

- Book hotel reservations, provide for ground travel to-and-from the hotel and airport, provide a car and driver for 6 passengers in Moscow for 6 US personnel to attend a 4 day meeting. In support of this meeting, one 20-page document and 45 slide presentation will need to be translated and 10 copies printed and bound.

- Book hotel reservations, provide for ground travel to-and-from the hotel and airport, and a car and driver for 3 passengers in Moscow for 3 US personnel to attend a 2 day meeting. Provide airfare for the same 3 passengers to travel from Moscow to Tblisi providing the same services above. Provide airfare for the same 3 passengers from Tblisi to Baku with the same services, and a final flight from Baku to Moscow with ground travel to-and-from the hotel with a 1 day hotel reservation (no car and driver services required).

- Provide visas, air travel, ground travel to-and-from the hotel and airport, and per diem for 5 travelers from Sudan, 7 travelers from Djibouti, 2 travelers from South Africa, 9 travelers from Tanzania, and 12 travelers from Uganda to attend a 6 day conference in Nairobi, Kenya. There will be 22 participants from Kenya who will need hotel and per diem provided during the stay. There will also be 35 US travelers that will need hotel reservations, visas, ground travel to-and-from the hotel for this 6 day conference.

- Provide logistics support for a 5 day training event in Tblisi. Required support for 35 trainees is: hotel accommodations; meal expense and incidentals; air travel for 4 trainees from Baku to Tblisi to include ground travel to-and-from the airport and hotel; ground transportation for all 35 personnel for the duration of the training; 2 coffee per day for the training; catered lunch every day; interpretation (Russian/English); translation for 4 50-page documents and 6 45 slide presentations; 1 printed and bound “course pack” for each trainee consisting of the 4 documents and 6 presentations (in Russian and English); 2 microphones, speakers, 1 projector, and 5 laptops for the training event.

- Provide visas, air travel, ground travel, accommodations, and translation support for 3 travelers from Afghanistan to attend a 5 day conference in Switzerland Shipping Scenarios:

- Consolidate 20 shipments arriving from US suppliers into 1 40’ container (1219x244x259cms) for forwarding to Pavlograd, Ukraine. Leverage government agreements to attain all required Ukraine import permits and clear shipment as duty free technical aid at Ukraine customs. Document transfer of custody to recipient at delivery location.

- Ship 10 temperature sensitive perishable cargo with variable dimensions and weights via Air from CONUS to Baku, Azerbaijan. Five will be refrigerated (8C) with the following dimensions: 30x30x30cms, 40x25x15cms, 25x25x25cms, 41x41x33cms, and 71x40x63cms. The remaining shipments will be frozen (-4C) with the following dimensions: 15x15x15cms, 22x15x33cms, 28x33x15cms, 40x33x22cms, and 33x48x46cms. Assume three different options within this scenario: all ten shipments at the same time; just froze and just refrigerated shipments; and two different shipments with the following make-up: Shipment #1) refrigerated cargo: 30x30x30cms, 71x40x63cms; frozen cargo: 28x33x15cms, 40x33x22cms; shipment #2) refrigerated cargo: 40x25x15cms, 25x25x25cms, 41x41x33cms; frozen cargo: 15x15x15cms, 22x15x33cms, 33x48x46cms. Translate shipping documents to Azeri, leverage government agreements to attain all required permits and clear shipment as duty free.

- Provide transportation services for locally procured cargo from OCONUS vendors to destinations within country. The shipments will be within 300km of the distribution center. The distribution centers will be Tblisi, Astana, and Chelyabinsk. Leverage government agreements to attain VAT exemptions.

- Ship the following hazardous sustainment supplies: 40 lithium ion rechargeable batteries, two 14 pound CO2 fire extinguishers, 144 vials of ethanol reagents from a centralized US warehouse by air to Almaty, Kazakhstan. Translate shipping documents to local language to Kazakh. Obtain necessary permits required to clear customs from the end user and respective government agencies. Leverage government agreements to attain VAT exemptions.

- Provide shipping services to accommodate ITAR cargo to and from CONUS vendors, such cargo include but not limited to ruggedized Advanced Pathogen Identification Device, Phantom IR Thermal Imager, Mobile Diagnostic Lab components etc. Leverage government agreements to attain all required import/export permits and clear shipment as duty free technical. Document transfer of custody to recipient at delivery location.
