About this file

This site implementation plan template outlines requirements for the deployment of security screening equipment at airport checkpoints. It includes sections on roles and responsibilities of parties involved, a site validation report, tasks required at specific checkpoints, a schedule of preparatory work and daily activities, CCTV needs, special considerations, and appendices listing equipment to be installed and contact information for rigging operations. The Transportation Security Administration is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 70T04020R9AP4050 for checkpoint screening equipment deployment services to replace or install new technology at checkpoints nationwide on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity basis. Awards will be made to multiple vendors who will then prepare site-specific implementation plans using this template to complete task orders under the contract.
