About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for the City of Kissimmee, Florida, establishing requirements for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services under the Connect Kissimmee Complete Streets Phase 1 project. The project encompasses professional services for construction engineering and inspection along Emmett Street and Broadway, extending from Orlando Avenue to Neptune Road in Kissimmee. The solicitation seeks to hire one Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pre-qualified consulting firm under work type 10.0 to provide comprehensive CEI services in accordance with Rule Chapter 14-75, Florida Administrative Code. The document establishes that proposers must be FDOT pre-qualified and instructs consultants to notify the Procurement Services Representative in writing within ten calendar days prior to the proposal closing date if any requirements inadvertently restrict competition or limit the solicitation to a single source. Detailed project information, deliverables, processes, and scope specifications are contained in Exhibit A of the solicitation.

The document does not contain specific pricing information, contract term details, renewal options, site visit schedules, or bidders conference dates within the provided excerpt. The solicitation is structured as a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) format, indicating that evaluation will be based on consultant qualifications and experience rather than competitive pricing. No information regarding set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or award amounts is included in this file section.
