About this file
The document is a Buy American Act Certificate (52.225-2) that requires offerors to certify the domestic or foreign origin of end products for a federal contract. The certificate requires vendors to list domestic and foreign end products, specify their country of origin, and indicate whether foreign products exceed 55% domestic content. This certificate is related to a VA Medical Center solicitation (36C24225B0041) for masonry repairs at the Batavia, NY facility.
The associated federal contract opportunity is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS Code 238149 for masonry contractors. The project involves concrete repairs and sealant work on building entrance steps, brick walls, and stones at the Batavia VA Medical Center. The project is valued between $250,000 and $500,000, with solicitation materials to be released on July 28, 2025, and anticipated contract award in August 2025. Bid bonding will be required, and bids will be accepted electronically through SAM.gov.
