About this file
This is a federal contracting form, specifically the Buy American Certificate (52.225-2, October 2022 version), which is a template used by offerors to certify compliance with Buy American requirements in federal procurements.
The certificate requires offerors to certify that each end product is a domestic end product, except those explicitly listed as foreign end products in the form. Offerors must separately identify any foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic products, and for non-iron/steel foreign products, indicate whether they exceed 55 percent domestic content (except for commercially available off-the-shelf items). Additionally, offerors must separately list line item numbers for domestic end products containing critical components as defined in FAR 25.105. The form includes blank tables for listing foreign end products by line item number, country of origin, and domestic content percentage, as well as a section for identifying domestic products with critical components. The Government will evaluate offers in accordance with FAR Part 25 policies and procedures. This is a template document without specific procurement details, response dates, or award information.
