A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for December 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams, with questions due by December 23, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., and proposals due January 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The contract will be non-exclusive, with the highest-ranked responsive respondent selected subject to successful negotiations and funding availability. The estimated annual project value ranges from $1 million to $2 million.
GOAA's Capital Improvement Program for MCO totals $5.92 billion for 2025-2030, with major projects including Terminal renovations, Baggage Handling Systems, and Ground Transportation infrastructure, while ORL's CIP is $84.15 million. Each task order will be evaluated to maximize small business participation. Comprehensive insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability coverage of $5 million per occurrence, Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability.
