Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. The contractor shall report all activities at the WBS level III (work package level). Technical and cost status information shall be included in this report. In addition, the contractor shall prepare labor reports at the Work Unit level and provide a line item report of all commitments, obligations, and expenditures within each project. Approval of contractor format is required on initial submission. Submissions shall be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later.
Blk 9: All technical data (including electronic media) shall be marked I.A.W. DoDI 5230.24 with Distribution Statement C, and other required markings as shown below:

Block 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. The contractor shall provide project status updates for incorporation into Program Management Reviews/Technical Interchange Meetings (PMRs/TIMs). This update shall include providing the manpower, skills and resources required to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, accomplish, and document technical efforts and track funding requirements, use an effective cost, schedule, and technical performance control systems, and implement an efficient organizational structure flexible to the changing requirement and workloads. The contractor shall provide the status of deliverables against schedule, track expenditures against both the budget and approved activities, and report technical progress on ongoing activities. The presentation shall include notes to explain each page/slide. The format shall be in Microsoft Office PowerPoint unless otherwise determined by the government. Submissions shall be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later version. Electronic versions must be submitted in a manner consistent with protecting export control and limited information. - For technical presentation, the submission is due the day of the presentation. If the Government requires revisions or corrections to the presentation, the contractor shall submit the revised version within 5 business days after the date of the presentation.
- For programmatic inputs to PMRs/TMRs, the presentation shall be submitted as required based on the scheduling of reviews and meetings. Where feasible, the Government will provide 30 calendar days’ notice with presentations due 10 business days later. If revisions or corrections are required, the contractor shall have 5 business days to submit a revised copy.

THE REPORT WILL BE PUBLISHED WITH THE DEFENSE TECHNICAL INFORMATION CENTER (DTIC) BY AFRL STINFO OFFICE. Under no circumstances shall the contractor submit any version of the report to DTIC.
Blk 4: GUIDANCE FOR PREPARATION OF THE REPORT: The Scientific and Technical Report shall be prepared I.A.W. the most current AFRL ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18-2005, or other most current report preparation guidance. The contractor shall complete the most current SF 298 Report Documentation Page, and submit it with the report.
The contractor shall complete the following blocks of the SF 298: Blocks 2-5a, 6, 7, 8 and 13 (if applicable), and 14-16c. Incomplete reports will be immediately returned to the contractor. Following AFRL technical and STINFO reviews, any revisions required will be returned to the contractor. NOTE: The report preparation guidance and SF 298 are available at: http://www.afrlnewmexico.com/stinfo-1.
The contractor shall deliver two editable electronic copies of the report. The electronic copies shall be an editable .pdf file and the most current version of Microsoft Word. A CD- ROM (CD-R) is the acceptable media for submittal (CD-RWs are not acceptable). Electronic media shall be marked I.A.W. the AFRL ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18-2005 guidelines, or other most current report preparation guidance. Submission via unencrypted or unsecure email is not permitted.
Blk 7: UPON NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL REPORT FROM THE PROGRAM OFFICE, the contractor shall submit the final Receiving Report (DD Form 250) in WAWF. In preparing the final DD Form 250, code the shipment number with a “Z.” Do not upload the Scientific and Technical Report into WAWF or DTIC. NOTE: SUBMITTAL OF THE DD FORM 250Z PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF THE DD FORM 250Z

Blks 10 - 13: The contractor shall deliver the draft Scientific and Technical Report no later than 30 calendar days after the end of the technical effort. The Government will review and, if necessary, return the report with comments no later than 30 days after receipt of contractor submission. If the report is returned to the contractor with comments, the contractor shall deliver the final version of the report no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the Government’s comments. If the draft Scientific and Technical report is accepted as-is, no further submission will be required.

16. REMARKS
Blk 4: During performance of this contract the contractor may purchase material or equipment using Government funds as specified in the contract. The contractor shall annual perform, record, and disclose physical inventory results of all CAP material/equipment. Ninety (90) days prior to contract expiration the contractor shall submit a final CAP List suitable for close-out purposes containing use/disposition recommendations. Approval is required by the Government Program Manager and/or DCMA Property Administrator.
The CAP List shall include:
-List of CAP by nomenclature -National Stock Number of each equipment- CAP meeting IUID criteria of DFARS 211.274-2 -Serial number of each equipment -Quantity of each equipment -Condition of each equipment, in accordance with the equipment condition status listed:
--Service Usable without qualification. New, used, repaired, or reconditioned.
--Service Usable with qualification. New, used, repaired or reconditioned equipment which is serviceable and useable for its intended purposes but which is restricted for issue to specific units, activities, or geographical areas by reason of its limited usefulness or short service life expectancy.
--Serviceable Test/Modifications. Serviceable equipment which requires test, alteration, modification, conversion or disassembly.
-Status of the CAP -Solutions of problems relating to the above -Request assistance for repair of CAP, as necessary.
The CAP List shall be delivered in a spreadsheet using Microsoft Office Excel. Abbreviations are not allowed.
Block 9: The CAP List shall be marked I.A.W. DoDI 5230.24 with Distribution Statement C, and other required markings as shown below:
