The scope includes restoration of glazed curtain wall and storefront assemblies with structural silicone sealant replacement, precast concrete and stucco cladding restoration, building signage removal and reinstallation, and metal panel refinishing. Six optional scope elements are available for additional pricing, including exterior door assembly restoration, louver resealing, roofing interface sealing, ceiling and soffit painting, column restoration, and expansion joint replacement. The Pre-Qualification Selection Committee meeting is scheduled for August 18, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at the Brevard County Government Center. General liability insurance of $1,000,000 combined single limit and workers' compensation insurance are mandatory. Liquidated damages are assessed at $500 per calendar day for delays beyond specified completion times. No specific disadvantaged enterprise set-asides or incumbent vendors are identified. Contractors are responsible for obtaining all permits from authorities having jurisdiction other than Brevard County, paying the initial $35 Brevard County permit application fee and all other applicable fees, while the County covers remaining permit fees. Progress payments will be made in accordance with Florida's Local Government Prompt Payment Act with five percent retainage held until Final Completion.
