About this file
This is a Price Sheet (Attachment B) for the Brevard County Government Center North Building Exterior Restoration project in Florida. The project encompasses exterior restoration work for a six-level government building, with the primary objective of mitigating active water intrusion through the building envelope and the secondary objective of improving the overall appearance of the exterior assemblies. The scope of work includes restoration of all exterior walls and designated roof components exposed to weather, as detailed in the project drawings and specifications.
The price sheet presents six lump sum options for bidders to price individually. These options include: Option 1, exterior door assemblies restoration with threshold sealing and rain diverters; Option 2, exterior louver resealing and high-performance coating application; Option 3, roofing assembly interface sealing to maintain existing roof warranty; Option 4, exterior ceiling and soffit painting with interface sealing; Option 5, exterior column restoration with backer rod installation and traffic-rated sealants; and Option 6, replacement of existing building expansion joints with new prefabricated units. The base bid requires pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to execute all work described in the contract documents for the building envelope assemblies, with bidders able to submit pricing for each optional scope element separately.
