Must possess experience in a end to end logistics and supply chain subject matter expert role, evaluating organizational needs, determining suitable technical solutions, and ensuring defined requirements are met. |

| Task 3: Technology Management | Cyber Security Specialist | A minimum of 5 years experience as a cyber security specialist supporting systems of similar size, scope, and complexity as ILMS. Must possess experience 1) maintaining an acceptable system security posture, 2) Ensuring security authorization and acceptance, and 3) developing, maintaining, and testing appropriate security and contingency plans to comply with relevant policies, directives, and industry best practices. Must have experience conducting these activities for both on-premise and cloud hosted systems. |
