Text version
PMARS – PMARS to Citibank Integration: The PMARS to Citibank processing consists of sending and receiving Purchase Card account information via Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP) on a daily basis. This includes the account creation and maintenance requests performed by domestic and overseas users in PMARS. The PMARS web server generates the daily export files and these are sent for encryption to the PeopleSoft servers. Once the files are secured, these are transmitted via sFTP over to Citibank’s sever to then be retrieved, decrypted and processed on their end. After Citibank processing is complete, the new account creation and maintenance information is included on an encrypted import file, which is picked up by the PeopleSoft process via SFTP. Finally, the PeopleSoft process decrypts the import file to update PMARS. This file includes account information such as new account numbers, new email address, phone/fax numbers, updated threshold amount limits, new vendors, etc.
