About this file
This is a Trade Agreements Certificate (FAR 52.225-6) form requiring offerors to certify that their end products are either U.S.-made or from designated countries as defined in the Trade Agreements clause. The form is being used for a Department of Veterans Affairs solicitation (36C26025Q0163) for medical mattress changeout services at Veterans Integrated Service Network 20.
The certificate requires offerors to list any end products that are not U.S.-made or from designated countries, including their country of origin. The government will evaluate offers according to FAR Part 25, considering U.S.-made or designated country end products without Buy American statute restrictions for items covered by the WTO Government Procurement Agreement.
