About this file
This is an administrative requirements response form for RFP 26-16743 issued by the State of California Governor's Office of Emergency Services with a bidder response deadline of April 27, 2026. The document serves as a checklist for bidders to affirm their understanding and agreement to comply with mandatory administrative requirements outlined in Section 3.2 of the RFP. Bidders must indicate "Yes" or "No" for each requirement category, including prequalification requirements, ability to perform, primary bidder status, subcontractors, financial responsibility information, general provisions, generative artificial intelligence disclosure notification, insurance coverage, and productive use requirements. Answering "No" to any mandatory administrative requirement will result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive and may serve as grounds for proposal rejection.
The form does not contain specific pricing information, set-asides, funding amounts, or contract term details. Instead, it functions as a mandatory compliance verification document that bidders must complete and submit as part of their proposal package. The administrative requirements referenced in the form are detailed in other sections of the RFP documentation, and bidders' affirmative responses indicate their commitment to meeting all stated conditions and provisions necessary for contract execution.
