AFRL/RVK ensures research and development contracting actions comply with legal and regulatory requirements while meeting customer needs. As a business focal point for all space vehicle directorate contracting activities, it establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with higher Air Force command levels, contractors, business and industry representatives, customer organizations, federal, state, and allied organizations such as financial management and staff judge advocate offices.
