About this file
This document contains a monthly aboveground storage tank inspection form and related corrective action instructions for Fort McCoy in Wisconsin. The inspection form is a table that includes checks for leaks, corrosion, venting issues, caps/covers, secondary containment integrity, presence of debris or oil, and alarm functioning on leak detection systems. The corrective action instructions provide guidance on addressing issues such as leaks, corrosion, missing vents or caps, debris or oil in containment areas, and alarm activation. Contractors must maintain inspection records for three years and report any issues to the Fort McCoy DPW Environmental department along with details of corrective measures taken.
A related federal contract opportunity involves providing facility maintenance services at Fort McCoy. The contractor will perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep facilities, utilities, equipment, and areas in full working capacity and meeting intended purposes. This includes maintaining, repairing, and installing all facility and building components, devices, equipment, and associated subsystems according to manufacturer manuals. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers District in St. Paul, Minnesota.
