About this file

This document is an Operational Control Document (AMP400-ENV-OC-2.4.3-CC) focused on Storm and Surface Water Discharges for Construction Contractors at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). The document outlines specific environmental management requirements for construction activities, including compliance with OPDES permits, City of Oklahoma City ordinances, and MMAC Stormwater Pollution Prevention Policy. Key operational controls include contractor training on stormwater pollution prevention, site inspections, and maintaining environmental protection measures during construction projects.

The document details responsibilities for the construction contractor and AMP-400 inspectors, with specific requirements such as reducing construction waste, implementing recycling where possible, and submitting monthly waste management reports for projects over $100,000. If environmental protection measures are not maintained, AMP-400 inspectors will issue advisory notices. The document is part of the MMAC Environmental, Occupational Safety, and Health Management System (EOSHMS) and has been reviewed and updated periodically, with the most recent no-change revision on 03/02/22.
