About this file
This document contains a certification form for small business size and socioeconomic status for proposed subcontractors not registered in the System for Award Management, along with details of a related federal contract opportunity for ship-to-shore container cranes.
The certification form requires any small business listed in a proposal that is not registered in SAM to certify its size status under the listed NAICS code and size standard. Businesses may self-certify as a small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
The solicitation seeks two ship-to-shore container cranes to be delivered to Military Ocean Terminal Concord, California within 36 months of contract award. The cranes must be equipped to lift various sized shipping containers and service a Panamax vessel with 13 containers abeam. Offerors must acknowledge any amendments and direct all questions in writing to the identified contracting specialist. The solicitation was released by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal and will result in a single-award firm fixed-price contract.
