About this file
This document contains a checklist for conducting audits of contractors' compliance with combating trafficking in persons requirements on federal contracts. The checklist specifies that audits should verify contractors have informed employees of the U.S. government's zero tolerance policy for trafficking in persons. It also states audits should ensure contractors report any violations of the policy by employees to the contracting officer and any information received alleging trafficking. Requirements addressed include having the applicable contract clauses, informing employees of the anti-trafficking policy and actions taken for violations, and reporting trafficking information and actions taken to the contracting officer.
