The project involves building envelope repairs with specific material specifications, including Taylor Clay Dark Red Brick, Velour Clear Buff Light Color Brick, and Argos Beige Grout. The Board of Regents will set a 10% contingency and only allow deductive alternates. Bidders must provide a bid bond in both dollar value and percentage formats (not less than 5%). The selected contractor will be responsible for ordering brick upon contract signing, with an anticipated 18-week lead time. A mandatory pre-bid site visit for finalists is tentatively scheduled for April 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with various interim deadlines for questions and responses leading up to the final bid submission date.
