About this file
This document contains responses to industry questions regarding a solicitation from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center for the restoration of main base electrical infrastructure at Wallops Flight Facility. The responses clarify that certain buildings may be able to have restoration work performed during normal business hours though this cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, it is acceptable to arc tape medium voltage cables as a group rather than individually wrapping each conductor. The solicitation seeks construction services including replacement of medium voltage direct burial cable and switches, creation of redundant feeders and looped circuits, transformer replacement, and wiring upgrades at the main base location.
