Sheet1
| No./ | RFP Ref (Paragraph # and Page #) | RFP Topic and/or Text Excerpt | Issue Description and Question/Recommendation | Government Response |
| 47 | L.15(a)11 | Business Systems | We have a question regarding the subject solicitation. This Section requests current Government approval status for business systems, to include quality assurance. It also requests documentation of Cognizant Federal Agency Official approval for any approved systems. Regarding quality assurance, would a third party review of ISO Systems (including AS9100) be acceptable as evidence? | Yes, a third party reviewof ISO Systems is acceptable. |
| 48 | L-14 | Page L-14 of the RFP states the following when referring to the Mission Suitability Volume: “No cost/price data shall be included except for the Total Compensation Plan, as required in Section L.17(a)(B)(MA-5).” In addition, and starting on page L-15, the RFP states to put the SB Plan in the Mission Suitability volume (starting on page L-15). However, the SB Plan does contain price -- the annual price each year, total price for all years, and the breakout of the different SB/LB categories by year and total. We are seeking confirmation that in spite of this statement in L-14, the SB Plan should be submitted with the Mission Suitability Volume. | Yes, the SB Plan should be submitted with the Mission Suitability Volume. |
