Review, organize and update various grant information spreadsheets, records and files. Respond to numerous PIs and Grantee Institutions’ inquiries regarding grant matters (e.g. funding, reporting, budget, no-cost extensions, etc.). Evaluate electrical designs for use on future Lunar Missions. Produce new proto-flight circuit boards for a BUS and microfluidics and BUS utilizing high TRL designs. Contribute to new design concepts for electronics and radiation shielding designs. Participate in radiation testing of components or new circuit designs. Collaborate NASA cognizant engineering in the area of radiation electronics and modeling when evaluating ABEST electronics design solutions.

Logistician Minimum of BA/BS, within related discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

Identify and document requirements for the payload flights. Identify payload logistics tasks for each project and integrate these tasks into the specific Project Integrated Master Schedules to ensure on time completion of the task and proper logistics team resourcing. Establish an Integrated Payload Logistics Master Schedule across projects to assist with payload logistics resource planning. Update and review this integrated schedule on weekly basis with the payload logistics team as the primary tool used for setting priorities, assignment of schedule items looking ahead and tracking task completion. Technology Transfer Reports Specialist
Minimum of BA/BS, within related discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

Manage the process of reviewing NTRs and evaluating their potential and prioritization for patenting. Process appropriate disclosures and reports for technology transfer. Prepare progress reports and present to management and the NTR Rep. Upload and update NTTS and Stratos data base with all the reports, information, and attachments and any updates. Add new awards/contracts in NTTS, update the record and issue new award letters email to company rep and COR. Verify the information on “document look up”, SBIR or contracts website. Provide a report/list on all completed agreements resulting from the reporting of new technology on a monthly basis. Technology Transfer Specialist

Review documentation of NTTS functions and provide feedback to the NTTS Project. Attend Application Specialist Telcons and meetings. Train and support Staff and users of NTTS. Web Editor II Associated degree or equivalent in IT.

Creating, editing, updating and maintaining all existing controlled website(s) on NASA.gov. Redesign and maintain the existing internal NASA Ames website.
