About this file
This is a Trade Agreements Certificate form (FAR 52.225-6, February 2021) that offerors must complete as part of their proposal submission for federal contracts.
The certificate requires offerors to certify that each end product is either U.S.-made or a designated country end product, as defined in the solicitation's Trade Agreements clause. Offerors must list any supplies that do not meet these criteria as "other end products" and identify their country of origin by line item number. The Government will evaluate proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 policies and procedures. For line items covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA), the Government will evaluate U.S.-made and designated country end products without Buy American statute restrictions. Awards will only be considered for compliant products unless the Contracting Officer determines insufficient offers exist for U.S.-made or designated country products to fulfill solicitation requirements. This form is a template document applicable to RFQ 36C77026Q0092 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 15 for Acamprosate Calcium 333mg tablets.
