The Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration intends to award a contract with an estimated period of performance of one year. The solicitation is open to all responsible sources, with quotes due within 15 days of the posting date. The scope of work involves evaluating 8 concrete mixtures, 4 from each bridge deck placement.
