About this opportunity
The Federal Highway Administration is soliciting quotations for the procurement of a building permit fee from the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources Division of Permits. The permit fee is required for Federal Highway Project NP VIIS 413(1) involving repairs to the Lyne House Access Road within the Virgin Islands National Park. Quotations must be submitted electronically by 10:00 AM on January 8, 2024. Award will be made based on price to the responsible offeror providing the required permit fee.
There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The NAICS code is 541310 and PSC code R499 applies. As coordination with the Virgin Islands DPNR Division of Permits is required to obtain the building permit, they are the only anticipated source. The justification estimates the permit fee will be under the simplified acquisition threshold. Performance will take place in Frederiksted, Virgin Islands where the Virgin Islands DPNR offices and the project site are located.
