The plan shall define emergency procedures, discuss any site hazards that could be encountered during execution of this performance work statement, address accident prevention, and present appropriate action levels for potential contaminants to be encountered. When completing the Safety Plan follow the guidelines and checklist in the most recent revision of the EM-385-1. The Contractor shall submit the draft SSHP for review within 30 days of the award. Submittal will include the checklist and the plan. The Contractor shall not conduct any on-site activities until all review comments are resolved and the final SSHP is approved and finalized.
1.2 In-Progress Review Meetings. The Contractor shall coordinate weekly IPR meetings with NAVFAC, MCB Camp Lejeune, Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, and DHA-FE personnel. Objectives of the meetings are to discuss findings, review comments, address issues pertinent to the contract activities and report status of deliverables and provide a four-week look ahead schedule.
1.3 Confirmation Notices. The Contractor shall provide a record of all discussions, verbal directions, telephone conversations, and other communications participated in by the Contractor and/or his representatives on matters related to this Task Order (TO).
1.4 The Contractor shall prepare minutes of all meetings connected with this Task Order and provide copies to the PM and COR within 7 days of the meeting in the form of a Confirmation Notice.

All work shall be phased. Prior to any work starting, contractor shall coordinate with Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune leadership team and HVAC Mechanical Staff to prioritize AHU and develop phasing plan.
2.1 AHU Cleaning
Buildings 15, 326, DD48, G770, NH180 and NH200 HVAC systems contain twenty-one air handling units (AHUs), BLDG 15 AHUs 1-8, BLDG 326 AHUs 1-7, BLDG DD48 AHU-2, BLDG G770 AHU-1, BLDG NH180 AHUs 1 & 2 and BLDG NH200 AHUs 1 & 2. This scope of work requires the Contractor to perform comprehensive internal cleaning of the AHUs IAW UFGS 23 01 30.41 HVAC system cleaning.
The Contractor shall clean, at a minimum, the following components:
a) Cooling and heating coils, supply fans, return fans, filter frames, motors, condensate drain pans, dampers, duct connection canvases, internal supports, and casings.
b) Outdoor air ductwork associated with the AHUs, including dampers, access doors, and mixing box.
c) Comb out bent coil fins.
d) Drain piping connected to AHU condensate pans.
e) Cleaning will include removal of supply fan impeller, cleaning of the interior fan housing, installation of cleaned impeller/shaft, and installation of new bearings, and balancing of system after re-assembly. Be careful not to damage equipment, if damaged during cleaning it could impact performance and contractor is responsible for damage to components.
f) Vacuum all interior sound attenuation and/or insultation material. Seal the material with coating product to prevent breakdown, microbial growth, and/or entry into air stream.
g) Wipe clean and flex transition material.
