About this file
This is a Green Procurement Statement for Tinker Air Force Base documenting environmental considerations for a construction project. The statement covers Project Work Order #WWYK240176, titled "Replace Industrial Waste Lift Stations 6N & 6S, B62501," and is signed by Gloria Butcher, Project Manager, dated September 25, 2025.
The statement declares that none of the products specified for this procurement appear on mandatory environmental purchasing lists, including U.S. EPA Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines, USDA Bio-based product listings, Energy Star products, or FEMP Low Standby Power products. Consequently, the Tinker AFB Recovered Material Determination Form is not required for this procurement package. However, the Project Manager confirms that environmentally preferable products and services have been considered to the extent feasible, balancing environmental benefits against price, performance, availability, and safety considerations. The evaluation criteria include products with recycled or bio-based content and attributes such as reduced packaging, durability and reparability, reduced toxicity, conservation of natural resources, water conservation, low VOC content, asbestos alternatives, recyclability, and alternative fuel options.

Project Title: REPLACE INDUSTRIAL WASTE LIFT STATIONS 6N & 6S, B62501
None of the products that I am specifying for procurement are listed on a mandatory environmental purchasing list, including:

• USDA Bio-based product listings published at http://www.biopreferred.gov/?SMSESSION=NO
• Energy Star® product listings published at www.energystar.gov/products
• FEMP Low Standby Power product listings published at http://oahu.lbl.gov/
Therefore, I am not required to include the Tinker AFB Recovered Material Determination Form with this procurement package.
In addition, I have sought to reduce the environmental damages associated with this procurement by considering the specification of environmentally preferable products and services to the extent feasible, consistent with price, performance, availability, and safety considerations. I have considered products with recycled or bio-based content as well as other environmentally preferable attributes, such as:
• Reduced packaging
