About this file
This file is a "No Conflict" utility coordination response from the City of Naples Utilities Department to Kisinger Campo & Associates Corp. (KCA), the design engineer of record for Collier County Transportation Management Services on the 16th Street NE Bridge Project (FPID No. 451283-1-58-01). The City of Naples confirmed in writing on September 13, 2023, that there are no proposed conflicts with the City's existing 36-inch raw watermain located within the project limits. The project involves the construction of a bridge servicing 16th Street NE and associated roadway improvements in Naples, Florida. KCA requested the utility conflict confirmation by September 22, 2023, as part of the Phase III Construction Plans submittal process to support the preparation of the Local Agency Program (LAP) Checklist documentation. The coordination submission included Phase III Roadway Plans, Structures Plans, Signal Plans, Lighting Plans, and a Utility Conflict Matrix for the City's review.
This document serves as formal utility coordination documentation required during the design phase of the 16th Street NE Bridge Project. The correspondence indicates standard pre-construction coordination procedures wherein utilities with infrastructure in the project area must confirm either conflicts or their absence to facilitate timely plan development and subsequent construction bidding. The City of Naples Utilities Department, represented by Engineering Aide Yuliya Vasilevitsky, provided the no-conflict certification without participation in the project's utility coordination call, streamlining the approval process for design advancement toward the eventual November 20, 2025, sealed bid submission deadline for the overall construction contract (Bid No. 24-8265).
