About this file
This pre-solicitation notice provides details for an upcoming Request for Proposal from the Department of State for moving and storage services. The RFP will seek non-personal services including pickup, packing, placement into temporary or long-term storage, delivery, unpacking, and storage of household effects and privately owned vehicles within a 50-mile radius of Washington D.C. for relocating government employees. Anticipated multiple award blanket purchase agreements will include pools for export and storage, controlled storage, inbound services, and privately owned vehicles. Proposals will be due 30 days after RFP issuance on beta.SAM.gov and the acquisition will be a partial small business set aside with awards based on pricing and technical evaluation. Offerors must demonstrate the required minimum daily and long-term storage capabilities as outlined, and maintain Dun & Bradstreet financial records.
