About this file
This document amends specifications for a recirculating textile filter system for the Stehekin Wastewater Treatment Plant. The specifications outline seasonal scenarios for limiting equipment operation to reduce the overall electric load at the plant. For summer operation from April 1 to October 31, no more than one feed pump, one small recirculation pump, two large recirculation pumps, one discharge pump, and one anoxic return pump can operate at a time, with a total of four pumps. The fan inlet heater cannot operate. For winter operation from November 1 to May 31, the same limits apply except large recirculation pumps cannot operate and the fan inlet heater cannot operate during pump operation. The amended specifications relate to solicitation number 140P2023R0131 from the National Park Service National Office for the Stehekin Wastewater Treatment Plant.
