The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking applicants for two related grant programs: the Maternal and Child Health Secondary Data Analysis Research (MCH SDAR) and Autism Secondary Data Analysis Research (Autism SDAR). The purpose of these programs is to support applied research through the analysis of existing national datasets or administrative records to improve health outcomes and the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of health care services for maternal and child health (MCH) populations, including children with autism and developmental disabilities. Key requirements include pairing an early-stage investigator with a senior investigator and submitting at least two peer-reviewed manuscripts. Applications are due by February 25, 2025, with an expected award date of June 1, 2025 and a project period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027. The MCH SDAR program will award up to 10 grants at $60,000 per year, for a total of $600,000 in funding. The Autism SDAR program will award up to 8 grants at $60,000 per year, for a total of $480,000 in funding. Eligible applicants for MCH SDAR include public/non-profit higher education institutions and agencies engaged in maternal and child health research, while Autism SDAR is open to any public or private entity.

Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program (HTPCP)
The purpose of the Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program (HTPCP) is to support community-based projects that promote access to preventive clinical and public health services for underserved children, focusing on behavioral health screenings and referrals, children's immunizations, and adolescents' well-visits in underserved communities. The funding is provided by the Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Key requirements include establishing an advisory board with community representation, partnering with at least one Title V MCH Block Grant recipient, and developing sustainability plans. Recipients must participate in quarterly calls and technical assistance visits, and report on measurable health outcomes aligned with their selected focus area. The application deadline is March 17, 2025. The HTPCP will award approximately 6 grants of up to $75,000 per year over a five-year period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030, with total available funding of $450,000 in FY 2025. Recipients must provide non-federal matching funds in years 2-5 equal to twice the federal award amount. The program is funded under the Maternal and Child Health Federal Consolidated Programs (CFDA 93.110).
