No set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, women-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, or other protected classifications are identified in the solicitation documents. The procurement documents do not identify a prior incumbent contractor, estimated contract value, or specific budget range for this landscaping services contract. All procurement decisions are subject to the Town's protest procedures, which require written protests to be filed within 72 consecutive hours of the award posting, accompanied by a non-refundable filing fee equal to ten percent of the estimated contract value with a minimum of $10,000.
