Summary
This is a Minimum Qualifications Form from the Town of Palm Beach, Florida, for the Seaview Park Landscaping contract opportunity. The Town is seeking qualified contractors to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appearance of hedges at Seaview Park Recreation Center and adjacent Town buildings. The contract will commence October 1, 2026, with the initial term ending September 30, 2027, followed by four optional one-year renewal periods contingent upon satisfactory performance and budget authorization. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams, with the specific date and time provided in the Events section. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the Town's eProcurement platform, and all price quotes must remain valid for ninety days from the bid closing date. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose submission meets all requirements and criteria; the Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award or decline to award based on its determination of which bidder best serves the Town's interests.
The form requires bidders to demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience with municipal or commercial contracts within the state of Florida and to provide relevant project references comparable in type, size, complexity, and scheduling to the proposed work. Bidders must complete a separate Minimum Qualifications Form for each project reference submitted and provide comprehensive contract information including customer contact details, original and final dollar values, contract dates, and explanations of any cost growth or change orders. The form emphasizes that the Town will evaluate bidder qualifications and experience when determining award eligibility, and all Town decisions are final.
