The platform must integrate with Slate CRM and other institutional systems, comply with FERPA requirements, and include implementation, training, maintenance, and technical support. Vendors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience providing mentoring or student success software to higher education institutions and provide at least three customer references. For cloud computing solutions, TXRAMP Certification and HECVAT documentation (if applicable to Electronic Information Resources) are required.

The contract will commence upon execution, targeting July 2026, with an initial three-year term and optional renewals for two additional one-year periods, for a maximum five-year duration. Proposals must be submitted in two separately sealed envelopes at the UHD Purchasing Department, One Main Street, Suite S970, Houston, Texas 77002, with hard copies and USB copies in PDF format. Proposal validity must be maintained for a minimum of 120 days from submission, with automatic rollover for an additional 120 days unless otherwise specified.
