About this opportunity

Spalding County, Georgia is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, fully integrated, public-sector Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software System. The required ERP solution must include financial management, human capital management, procurement, and other core business functions. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing the new system, providing training, and ongoing maintenance and support. Proposals are due by February 23, 2024, and the County will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as corporate strength, application functionality, technical infrastructure, implementation and support services, and overall cost. Demonstrations of the proposed software will be required during the evaluation process, and the County anticipates selecting a vendor by March 15, 2024.

This procurement is open to all qualified vendors, with no set-asides or preferences specified. The current ERP system is outdated and no longer supported, driving the need for this modernization initiative. The total budget for the project is $2.5 million, with funding coming from the County's general fund. Vendors will be required to provide detailed pricing information, including software licensing, implementation, training, and ongoing support and maintenance costs. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and make a partial or multiple award.
