About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground is soliciting quotes for monthly maintenance services for four cooling tower systems at the Environmental Test Facility (ETF) located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The contractor must provide full-service chemical water treatment including initial water testing, provision and maintenance of chemicals for scale, corrosion, and microbiological control, equipment calibration and maintenance, biocide application, tower inspections, annual scale cleaning, and monthly water treatment reporting. A mandatory site visit was held on March 31, 2026, and quotes are due electronically via SAM.gov by April 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM Arizona Standard Time. The contractor must conduct a minimum of one service call per month to maintain four specific cooling tower systems: two Baltimore Aircoil Company 300-ton axial fan forced draft towers, one Evapco West 75-ton centrifugal fan closed glycol circuit tower, and one Delta Cooling Towers 150-ton induced draft tower. Pricing shall be firm fixed-price on an FOB Destination basis with all taxes and shipping included, submitted through Government Form SF1449 with detailed breakdowns for each Contract Line Item Number. Services are to be performed at the Environmental Test Facility Compound located at 1337 Arizona Street, Sierra Vista, Arizona 85613, during hours of operation from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays, with contractor personnel required to comply with Fort Huachuca Installation Access Control System requirements.
