REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) for T-6 Avoinics Replacement Program (ARP):
Letters of Intent (LOIs) / Associate Contractor Agreements (ACAs)
1. In accordance with the T-6 ARP Statement of Work (SOW), Section 3.1 & 7.0, Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) II Section L, 3.2.6 Subfactor Four, and Draft RFP II Section M, 2.2.4 Subfactor Four, the Government requires signed and dated established ACAs or LOIs with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and component vendors listed below in order to ensure that the awardee has access to the required technical data to successfully perform the T-6 ARP effort.
Textron Aviation Defense Flight Safety International Pratt and Whitney Chelton Extant Aerospace Cobham Honeywell L3 Harris General Electric Scientific Research Corporation Delaware Resource Group
2. The Government requests information from industry regarding this requirement:
Does your company’s solution require technical data from all of the above
OEMs/component vendors?
If your company’s solution only requires technical data access from some of the OEMs/component vendors, please provide which companies data would be required from and your company’s rationale.
If your company’s solution does not require any technical data from any of the
OEMs/component vendors listed above, please provide your company’s rationale.
3. This request is issued as part of the Government’s market research and is soley for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to a contract or an agreement for any supply or service. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the contractor’s expense.
