• Technology Maturation Risk Reduction (TMRR) Phase – 7 Months
• Complete after successful Preliminary Design Review (PDR) [Incentive to finish early]
• Virtual Prototype delivered prior to PDR (Will become the Digital Twin)
• Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase – 15 Months
• Physical Prototype and Mock-up delivered prior to CDR
• Critical Design Review (CDR) [Incentive to finish early]
• Test Readiness Review (TRR) [Incentive to finish early]

• ATD installs will begin approximately 33 months after start of contract PoP

Technical Data
• It is up to the respondents to obtain the necessary data and assess the technical details required to perform required modifications
• Letters of Intent with Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) will be required with vendors Final – Request For Proposal submissions

• The ARP timeline is aggressive as you will see in the Draft RFP and does not allow time for reverse engineering
• Proprietary technical data restrictions exist at systems, subsystems and component level
