This document provides details on a pre-solicitation synopsis for energy savings performance contracts. The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville intends to solicit proposals to acquire energy savings projects through multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts worth a total of $1.5 billion. The geographic scope covers U.S. installations in the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas locations in Germany and Korea. It is intended that 20 firm fixed-price contracts be awarded, of which at least three will be set aside for small businesses, though the number awarded may be more or less.
