PART 2 PRODUCTS
NOT USED
PART 3 EXECUTION
3.1 Model Validation Procedures
Submit Model Validation Test Procedures. The Contractor shall prepare for approval detailed field test procedures for model validation testing for the generator , governor , exciter , and Power System Stabilizer (PSS) .
Provide a detailed step-by-step procedure of all required connections, test equipment, test sequence, operations, measurements and adjustments, and a list of the proposed dynamic simulation models. Testing and reporting shall be completed to satisfy the specific requirements of WECC in addition to the NERC requirements noted in "Applicable NERC standards." Approval of the test procedure does not release the contractor from the responsibility of testing and preparing a report that is acceptable to WECC.
