1 Please postpone the bid. the bid due date will not be postponed.
2 Per the item 1.3 of the Specification section 05 12 00 “Structural Steel” the work must be fabricated and erected by an AISC Certified Structural Steel Fabricator and Erector.
The steel work for this project is very limited and the amount of structural steel is very small to be attractable to the AISC Certified Structural Steel Fabricators and Erectors.
Please waive these requirements.
The certification for steel fabrication must not be waived. The certification for the erector can be waved only if the engineer of record reviews and approves the erectors quality assurance plan as equivalent to that of AISC 207
3 The option #7 is for “Upgrades to entrance & 1st floor”. Could you be more specific regarding this option’s scope of work?
Does “Upgrade entrance” means a canopy depicted on the drawing A-427 or also something else?
The 1st floor means the ground floor? Does it means that all works on the ground floor are Alternate? Please provide a list of works belongs to the Option #7

Additionally, demolition work keyed as DA55 associated with break room 103 shown on sheet AD103 will be part of this option.
