· J - Utility Work.
· K - Repair or Replace (Real Property).
· L - New Work.
· M - Reimbursable or Service.

C.5.5.2.1 Priority 1 - The Contractor shall respond to and initiate corrective action for Priority 1 SOs within one (1) hour after receipt of call during normal duty hours.
C.5.5.2.2 Priority 2 - The Contractor shall respond to, and initiate corrective action on, Priority 2 SOs within three (3) calendar days of receipt of call.
C.5.5.2.3 Priority 3 - The Contractor shall respond to, and initiate corrective action on Priority 3 SOs within five (5) calendar days of receipt of call.

| C.5.3.3 Detailed Estimates: The Contractor shall prepare a Detailed Estimate using an approved construction industry recognized estimating guide. The Contractor shall provide a detailed "Scope of Work" by individual task, for all projects. Projects approved based on the Detailed Estimate shall be within 10% of the actual cost of the project. |
