About this file
This sources sought notice requests industry responses to questions regarding a potential indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicle called the Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC). The HTASC would have a seven-year ordering period and 500+ contractor man-years of support for requirements such as professional and management development training. Responses are requested by December 28, 2016 to inform the acquisition strategy and performance work statement finalization. Offerors are asked if they intend to support HTASC as prime contractor or subcontractor, including any risks or teaming approaches. Financial statements and considerations around accounting systems, small business participation goals, transition from the incumbent, security clearances, and exclusive teaming arrangements are also addressed.
