About this file

This document is a sources sought notice for the Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC). The notice seeks industry responses to ten questions regarding the draft performance work statements and bidder's library information posted. Responses are due by December 28, 2016. The Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Orlando Contracting Center intends to use the responses to finalize the acquisition strategy and performance work statements for the HTASC solicitation planned for release in May 2017, with contract award anticipated for March 2018. The HTASC is a single-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a seven year ordering period to support over 500 contractor man-year equivalents of training requirements at Fort Huachuca. The source selection will be either full and open competition or a small business set-aside under NAICS code 611430 with a $11 million size standard. Questions seek information on firms' ability to perform as prime contractor or subcontractor, financial capability for cost reimbursement, accounting systems, and recommendations regarding small business participation goals.
