The document outlines 16 primary systems and resources contractor employees must access, all requiring a Common Access Card (CAC) for authentication. Key systems include: Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) for master data management and field readiness intelligence; Aircraft Notebook (ACN) as the mandated aviation maintenance system; Global Combat Support System–Army (GCSS-Army) as the primary ERP solution and supply system of record; Centralized Aviation Flight Records System (CAFRS) for aircrew training and flight records management; Earned Value Management System Central Repository (CR) for EVM data submission; Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for government property management; Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP) for product quality deficiency reports; Service Contract Reporting (SCR) in System for Award Management (SAM) for contracted services visibility; SharePoint for cost estimation forms, critical items lists, maintenance registers, and CDRL deliveries; TC Max Asset Management Suite for asset and tool room control; The Army Safety Management Information System 2.0 (ASMIS 2.0) for mishap reporting; and Modification Management Information System (MMIS) for equipment modification tracking.
The document provides specific hyperlinks, email addresses, and contact information for each system, including help desk numbers and toll-free support lines. Sections 15 and 16 provide additional hyperlinks for general resources (Defense Logistics Agency, OSHA, transportation regulations) and overseas locations (ECOPS for Europe, USFK regulations for Korea, SPOT for deployment tracking, and Kuwaiti Civil ID registration). The summary section emphasizes that contractor employees must obtain CAC credentials through the ID Card Office Online and that specific system usage is referenced throughout the Performance Work Statement (PWS) sections 3 and 4, establishing mandatory compliance requirements for contract performance and reporting obligations.
