About this file
This document is an Areas of Responsibility and Missions by Location attachment for the AMCOM Field Maintenance III contract (W58RGZ-26-R-0008, Revision 5 June 2026).
The document defines geographical service areas for Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM) Field Maintenance activities across two regional divisions: AFM-East and AFM-West. AFM-East covers 23 eastern U.S. states plus Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, with operations extending to countries within USNORTHCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, and USCENTCOM. The East region includes two HUB locations (Ft. Campbell, KY and Illesheim, Germany: Storck Barracks), three Standard Support locations with Government Contracting Officer Representatives and Quality Assurance Specialists (Ft. Stewart GA, Ft. Bragg NC, Ft. Drum NY), and nine Non-Standard locations operationally attached to Standard or Hub sites. AFM-West covers 23 western U.S. states with operations in USNORTHCOM, USSOUTHCOM, and USINDOPACOM, including two HUB locations (Ft. Hood, TX and Wheeler Army Airfield, HI) and nine Standard Support locations across the continental U.S. and overseas. Both regions include Foreign Military Sales support sites and contingency locations. The document specifies Light Utility Helicopter mission locations, back shop support capabilities by location (indicated as full, limited, or unavailable), AS9110C quality management certification requirements for all HUB locations, and identifies 13 AFM-East and 15 AFM-West locations subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements. Foreign OCONUS operations require compliance with DoD Instruction 3020.41 and DoD Directive 4500.54E.
