About this file
This document is a DD Form 254 (Contract Security Classification Specification), which is a Department of Defense form for establishing security requirements and classification guidance for federal contract efforts. Two versions are presented—one for solicitation W58RGZ-25-R-0093 (original date February 25, 2025) and another for solicitation W58RGZ-25-R-0094 (original date February 6, 2025)—both related to AMCOM (Aviation and Missile Command) Field Maintenance operations.
Both solicitations require maintenance teams to provide field and sustainment-level maintenance support, aircraft modifications, and logistical services to aviation customers worldwide. Services include daily and routine maintenance on all aviation and ground support equipment, government-furnished property, and other mission equipment, with potential support for joint training exercises, mobilization, and approved Foreign Military Sales cases. Performance locations span multiple U.S. military installations (Fort Campbell KY, Fort Hood TX, Fort Bliss TX, Fort Riley KS, Joint Base Lewis-McChord WA, Fort Carson CO, and others) plus international locations in Germany, Kosovo, Egypt (Sinai), and Honduras. The contracts require a Secret facility security clearance with no safeguarding required at the prime contractor facility. Security requirements include Communications Security (COMSEC) information handling, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) compliance per DoDI 5200.48, and mandatory training for contractor personnel including AT Level I awareness, iWATCH, OPSEC, and Counterintelligence Awareness and Reporting (CIAR/TARP). The estimated contract completion date is November 2037. The government contracting activity is ACC-R (Ammunition and Chemical Command - Redstone), with contracting office address at Bldg 3777 Maintenance Row, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898.
