ADD new paragraph as follows:
3-13.24.1 Remove and Replace Trailing Edge Doubler Remove and replace the trailing edge doubler (Figure 3-3, 82) per the following procedure.
a. Mask off an area around the doubler 0.5-inch larger than the doubler bonding surface.
CAUTION
Use caution to avoid sanding into or gouging the lightning protection mesh or fiberglass plies along the trailing edge, topside, bottom side, end cap and inboard corner of the blade paddle around the doubler. Chamfering the inboard corner of the blade paddle trailing edge or doubler is not acceptable.
b. Attempt to remove the layers of the doubler (Figure 3-3, 82) by peeling individual or multiple plies with pliers. If necessary, use a sharp nickel copper scraper, (App C, item 92) to aid in peeling plies. If the first ply of nylon wrap can not be peeled from the blade skin, remove this ply by sanding initially with NEW 80 grit sandpaper (App C, item 6) followed by NEW 150 grit sandpaper (App C,item 80). Do not damage underlying blade skin.
c. If the doubler cannot be removed by peeling as described above, then remove the doubler by sanding initially with NEW 80 grit sandpaper (App C, item 6) followed by NEW 150 grit sandpaper (App C,item 80). Do not damage underlying blade skin.
CAUTION
Continuously monitor surface temperature of blade to ensure that blade surface temperature does not exceed 190°F (82°C).
d. Alternatively, doubler may be removed by local application of heat not to exceed 190F to soften adhesive and facilitate removal of doubler with a sharp nickel copper scraper, (App C, item 92). Do not damage underlying blade skin.

Methyl propyl ketone is extremely flammable and toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Wear protective gloves and goggles/face shield. Avoid repeated or prolonged contact. Use only in well-ventilated areas (or use approved respirator as determined by local safety/industrial hygiene personnel). Keep away from open flames, sparks, or other sources of ignition.
e. Wipe blade surface with cheesecloth (App C, item 12) moistened with acetone (App C, item 1) or solvent (App C, item 4). Wipe dry with clean cheesecloth before solvent dries. Repeat wet-wipe followed by dry-wipe until water break free surface condition has been established per paragraph 3-10.5.
f. Dry bonding surface at 120° to 140° F (49° to 71° C) for at least 1 hour.
WARNING
Keep resin off skin, eyes, and clothes. May irritate the eyes and skin.
Prolonged or repeated contact may cause sensitization-allergic skin reaction. Avoid contact with mineral acids. Avoid mixing resin and curing agent in batches greater than one pound; toxic gases may be released by heat build-up. Dispose of resin waste in accordance with local, state, or federal regulations. Protection: Safety glasses or goggles, protective gloves, forced ventilation, NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator if curing vapors or cured product exceed established exposure.

g. Mix components of prepackaged adhesive (App C, item 83) until color is uniform. If bulk adhesive (App C, item 2) is used, refer to paragraph 3-12.1.
h. Brush a uniform coating of epoxy adhesive onto the doubler and doubler bonding surfaces on blade.

3-13.24.1 i. Place scrim cloth (App C, item 13) over layer of adhesive in area where nylon wrap will be bonded and press in place using tongue depressor (App C, item 87). Scrim cloth may extend 1/16-inch outboard of doubler bonding surface. Add smoothing coat of adhesive to exposed scrim cloth. Use of scrim cloth is a requirement to ensure a uniform bond line thickness.
j. Place new trailing edge doubler (Figure 3-3, 82) over layer of epoxy adhesive and scrim cloth at inboard trailing edge corner of blade paddle in doubler bonding area. Do not chamfer the inboard corner of the blade doubler or blade paddle.
k. Apply 10 to 15 psi and cure the doubler to the blade paddle at 180°F +/- 10° F (82°C +/- 5.5°C) for 60 minutes, per Table 3-2.1. Alternatively doubler to blade bond may be vacuum bag cured per 3-13.33.
l. Tap test per 3-11.7.1. to verify bond integrity within OIP limits.
